CDG was founded in 1999, in Baltimore, Maryland, to provide construction and management services to third party clients. After several years of successful business, the founder, Ayo Lawoyin, joined hands with his brother, and long time friends and colleagues, to form a full-service real estate development company. At this time it was appropriate for CDG to become a one stop service.

Together, we have brought over 50 years of experience to the company. With their experience and reputation in the industry, CDG has developed work with the state government and various counties in Maryland.

Although CDG began as an environmentalist and a developer of industrial buildings, over the years our expertise has diversified to other types of real estate products and services. We are in the process of starting mortgage financing.

In our short existence and experience, CDG has grown into a strong and competitive turnkey real estate company with the broad experience in every aspect of the real estate business.

PRESIDENT & CEO

Ayo Lawoyin, CEO, is an environmental consultant, developer and graduate of the University of Westminster, London. A very savvy business development and human resources expert, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He has served as the director and corporate team member for numerous projects in Europe and the United States, including the director of operations. He has been very successful here in the United States after working with various government agencies, He started Contemporary Development Group (CDG Ltd). CDG has successfully operated in Maryland and Washington DC area since 1999.
